Nancy Michael-Dibie holds Higher National Diploma in Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic, Auchi in Edo State in 2006, a Graduate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) 2008, a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba, in 2014, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) 2014.
She has acquired years of experience that cuts across Accounting and Internal Control /Audit. She started her working career as an Internal Control Officer in Michelin Nigeria Plc. Account Officer in Royal Marble Hotels in Benin City, thereafter got an employment with LAPO Micro Finance Bank Ltd. in 2013 as an Internal Auditor. She joined Orange Insurance Brokers Ltd. in 2015 also as Manager, Internal Control / Audit.
